Iqemusu is the result of the collaboration between Michael Pontif, gratuated from Chimie Paristech and Hugo Servanin, an EnsAD student. This encounter between arts, science and cooking rise the desire of a culinary renewal, thus propelling them as flag bearers of note-to-note cooking. This innovative project is above all a creative and progressive philosophy, applied to the field of cooking. We would like to pay tribute and warmest thanks to Hervé This, inventor of cuisine note à note and Andrea Camastra, renowned chef who works daily to compose note by note.
